Wow, so I was driving home today and just saw the most beautiful sliver of the moon with a really bright star next to it. Amazing! Of course I had to look it up on-line to figure out which "star" it was. Turns out it was not a star, it was a planet! Venus to be exact. No wonder it was so bright! Anyway, this is the shot I got while being precariously perched on the back end of my Subaru while trying to keep the camera steady so it would not come out blurry!
